How soon will HDB get back to us once an appeal has been submitted? Is there any way to speed up the process? Need to hear back soon before OTP expires and I'm not sure how long will the appeal take. HELP

Good morning,

The response period required depends on the nature of your appeal and how much relevant documents have you submitted to them. In general, they should revert back to you within a period of 14 to 21 days.

    The buyer bought a BTO and successfully received the grant of living near parents. However, they changed their minds and decided to buy our resale flat. They are having problems transferring this grant to our current resale flat and are appealing to HDB
