How reasonable it is to pay 520k for a 85sqm (4rm) unit at Jalan Tenteram (8 yrs old HDB clock). It sounds too high but people are in fray to buy it.

Morning Gabbar Singh,

One's trash, other's treasure. The unit is new and located within Whampoa / Kallang estate. Many prefer new units as they do not need to worry about the water seepage or ungrading inconvenience. Some purchase based on psf while some based on fengshui. Hence if you think it's not reasonable, then scrap it and move on.
