How much should I pay as initial payment within 10days from 1st appointment with HDB? (Downpayment + COV = 152K, NO CPF, ALL PAY BY CASH)

Evening Vanessa,

Your salesperson would be the best person to advise you, as I can only presume that you are taking bank loan. If that's the case, you only need to pay the necessary 21 days before completion.
