Hi Chin,

COV depends on many factors like condition of the house, facing, level of unit etc. But based on the HDB median COV, it is $30k. For COV, it's a give and take between willing parties. In my opinion, it will be $20k to probably $30k at the moment.

Hi Mr Chin,

Based on my company (ERA) latest 4rm transactions in Choa Chu Kang, the COV vary from $5k to $35k. These numbers are based on 9 transactions in Feb 2012. Note: these transactions will only appear on hdb website at a later date.

As you can see from above, there is a big range in the COV. If you would like more info, i would be glad to share with you.
