Hi Sown,

It all depends on the development potential, there's no concrete figure in what the difference is suppose to be. If you're making a comparison between the freehold and 99 years lease in the same area, then there should be a slight gap difference.
Like i mentioned, it all depends on the particular development itself but freehold usually would differ in about a hundred dollars or so in psf.
