How much must my Husband n me earn in order to buy a jumbo flat?

Hi,
This is beyond just how much both of you earn. It is also dependent on how much CPF and cash you have, both your age, jumbo flat remaining lease, to determine the amount of loan you can receive.
In general, most of the jumbo flats are found in Woodlands and some in Yishun. There are some numbers in other estates too, but it is generally rare to comeby.
The price tag in different estate also makes a difference on how much you need.
I would suggest you approach an agent to discuss in your options and do a financial planning before embark on any home search action.
