Valuation for a 5RM HDB flat in Whampoa Road is ranged from $590k to $610k while COV will range from $35k to $55k.

These figures are just estimation and will depending largely on your unit's floor level, facing, condition etc.

If you are keen in selling, I will recommend to do a formal valuation at a very minimal cost.

3 transactions were recorded in the past year for similar units along the street, which lowest price recorded was $625k and highest price recorded was $652k. All transacted price include COV. We are unable to give you an accurate estimated figure as we are unsure of how are the conditions of these units as compared to yours therefore if you are really keen in selling, it'd be great to be able to meet up and discuss further.

I have a buyer who has made an offer to a unit in St George area that was rejected. Perhaps I can check if he's keen to consider your unit.
