Good morning,

if your purchase price is $500k, the service fee will be 1% of $500k + GST.

$5000+9 %GST = $5450.

By the way, which eligibility scheme are you going for? Have you gotten your HFE?

Hi,

Typical buyer agent fee is 1% of purchase price + GST. For example a $600k purchase, $600000 x 1% = $6000. With GST its $6000 x 1.09 = $6540 .

Hi,

can i check if you are purchase a private property or a HDB? For HDB, the standard buyer agent fee is 1%, and as most agents are in a GST Registered Agency, there needs to be an additional 9% GST charged.

For the purchase of a HDB valued at 500k, you will have to pay a 1% at 5k + 9% of 5k which adds up to $5,450.
