How much do i need on hand to pay for downpayment, agent fees, legal fees, stamp duty, (pls includes any other fees that might be imposed that i do not included nor away of), in order to buy a $380k(valuation)+$30k(COV) HDB resale flat? Assuming that i have zero amount on CPF account.

Afternoon,

With purchase price of $410k and assuming you are getting LTV of 80% from bank, your cash component are as follow:
COV: $30k, 20% downpayemnt: $76k, Legal and Stamp Fee: $8.4k, Misc: $500, Salesperson Commission (Assuming at 1%): $4387. Total: ~$116k.
