Hi, if it is for 1 year lease, agent comm is half month of rental plus gst. If it is for 2 years lease, then it will be 1 month of rental plus gst. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

For 1 year lease, its 0.5mth rental+GST.
For 2 year lease, its 1mth rental+GST.

It depends on your discussion with the agent. However, usually it will be 1months comm for 2 years rental and 0.5 months comm for 1 year rental.
