Afternoon Jeffery,

If you are referring to the total cash proceed, it will be dependent on your outstanding loan, CPF used + interest and your selling price.
If you are referring to how much COV you can get, it will range around $30k to $55k, depending on your unit's size, level, facing, condition and renovation.

Without more details about your outstanding loan amount and the CPF utilised for the payment of the HDB used, it will be impossible for us to advise on the estimated cash proceeds.

In addition to that, I am also unable to provide a good estimate to your probable selling price without assessing your unit.
