If you are referring to the total cash proceed, it will be dependent on your outstanding loan, CPF used + interest and your selling price.
If you are referring to how much COV you can get, it will range around $30k to $55k, depending on your unit's size, level, facing, condition and renovation.

In addition to that, I am also unable to provide a good estimate to your probable selling price without assessing your unit. All figures provided by real estate agents to estimate your selling price is only based on past transacted data and these data serves as nothing but reference as each individual unit are different.
