Prices for Aspella will be about/ almost the same to those 4RM Premium in Compassvale Bow. Valuation will range from $500k to $530k but well this amount still depends on your facing, condition of the house, renovation etc.
As you mentioned that your house is on the high floor and enquipped with designer renovation, it might yield for a higher COV. previously COV that were transacted in Compassvale Bow for high floor and move in condition units are $30k to $50k but COV has been dropping recently (if you are interested in selling, probably have to act fast)
Estimated sale price should be around $550k to $570k.
