Hello Mugen Fire,

if you are serious to sell, my suggestion would be to get a valuation done first. That way, you cut down on the guess-work to how much your flat is worth. Once that is done, you can then price in your asking cash. How much COV will mainly depend on location, height, condition of flat, etc.

Feel free to call me for a friendly chat anytime. No obligations of course. Alternatively, do view my web profile at www.96952550.com and if you feel we can work together, I look forward to hearing from you. Have a good week ahead!

Best Regards
