Are you selling based on what the market is asking or work out a figure according to your financial plans?
In general, COVs have fallen across the board islandwide, however, some estates and location are slightly affected only. The figures which my fellow professionals have given is based on our gut feel as we do not have a good gauge on the current sentiments immediately after the latest regulations have been implemented.
