For Blk 130 Ang Mo Kio, the 99 years lease start date is from Jan 1979, hence a balance lease of 55 years 3 months as of today. I have transacted several properties over 40+ years old in various HDB estates such as Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Bedok, Pandan Gardens and Telok Blangah, and have obtained good outcomes for my clients.
