Morning Jeslyn,
If your unit is BTO or have utilized HDB housing grant, the MOP is flat 5 years.
If you have collected keys after 29 Aug 2010, it's also flat 5 years, regardless of HDB loan, bank loan or fully paid.
If you have collected keys between 5 Mar 2010 to 29 Aug 2010, your MOP is 3 years.
