There are quite a number of condos that fall into this category. Another point of consideration will also be the unit to land size ratio. If there are many units per sqm, you can imagine it will feel less spacious to walk around. Any preferred location to work with?

The key to a safe entry price from investment perspective with good exit prospects does not lie in how many units are there in the development technically which most agents are claiming, assuming that this is something you are looking into as part of your consideration to purchase a private property.

There is a whole lot more dynamics but most importantly, what is the entry price to this listing you are interested in.

We always say purchasing a freehold landed unit will definitely make money, but this is not a case if you are overpaying for a unit. Similarly for condo, projects in Marina Bay area to me is always a risky investment given the sheer number of developments in the vicinity as competitor and the resale performance for most of the developments within this locale.
