How long will it takes to apply home loan from banks?When will it expire? do we need to show our income tax or our latest 3 months payslip?

Hi

Once all the documents are in, it will take 1 to 2 days time for approval and as for the expiry, it is 1 month. NOA is needed if you are a self employed.

Hi

If you need an in principle approval (IPA) it takes about 2-3 days. If you have already purchased the property the approval is usually 1 week assuming all documents are submitted accordingly. I do have premier bankers providing fast service. Do call me for more details.
