Firstly, when selling your flat, you will need to do a valuation of your flat which takes 2 weeks, after that will proceed to do the selling which will take 2-3 weeks, when you have found a buyer and signed the OTP agreement, there will be another 2 weeks before the buyer confirms and OTP agreement. From there it takes 30 days before we submit to HDB, after which the queuing time for the 1st HDB appointment is 6-8weeks.
