It depends on the location, any new development surrounding your property. Pricing is another key indicator. Pricing according to the intrinsic and market value of the property.

Other factors includes economic, more broader aspects.

Nevertheless a good house with agood layout and facing + right pricing will help to sell at faster rate of 1:3 or 1:5 months.
