How do we describe this way of financing a BTO?

So we are currently retired couple living in resale HDB, intend is to use the eventual sales proceeds to finance the BTO (if ballot successfully) however what option of financing does this fall under? Because we don't think this is housing loan from HDB, neither from Financial Institution, nor Cash or CPF. Yet during ballot application, we only have these 3 options to choose how we intend to finance.

Noted that the BTO won't be ready until 6 yrs down the road, how to bridge that while staying at current resale HDB?

Hi,

This should be under Cash purchase, if the sale cash proceeds unlocked from your sale is enough to cover and will be utilized to pay down the next flat's purchase price fully.
