How do I request for HDB valuation either from private agent or HDB? I don't plan to sell the property yet. I just need the valuation report for it for asset assessment for immigration purpose.

Evening,

Only buyers are eligible to request for valuation report for the intended purchase unit, after obtaining the OTP from sellers.

    This does not really answer my question. What if I am not planning to sell my house. I just need a valuation report from either a private agent or HDB for asset assessment for my immigration purposes.
