How do I purchase a bto flat with my future husband if currently I am an owner together with my mum in a resale flat?

1. Can I still stay in the current resale flat while applying for a new bto?

2. Can I apply a new bto application with my future husband while currently staying in this resale flat? Any other hidden charges?

3. What are the alternative methods available in order for me to buy a new house with my future husband? (my mum will be staying with me)

Hi Ms,

Yes, it is possible. But do take note that you will have to fulfill the 5-year MOP of your current flat before being eligible to apply for a new BTO flat.

Depending on whether your current flat is a "subsidized flat", you may be considered as a "first timer" or a "second timer" for your BTO application.
