It simple to do this! First and foremost, you will need to engage an agent to assist you in the sale of the unit. Thereafter, you will find your unit advertised in Propertyguru as well as other platform. We will ensure maximum exposure of your units so there will be buyers for the unit.
In addition, what is most important to me is to ensure you have a plan after the sale of your unit and we will come out with a timeline to have a smooth transition.
