Hi,

1) You may book an appointment with the CPF board to hear from the horses' month.
2) You can use the Singpass apps on your phone to access the CPF web and make the appointment booking without much hassle.
3) The CPF board will transfer all funds from SA followed by OA to a newly created account known as RA to meet the FRS as much as possible when you reached your 55 birthdates.
4) If you have a plan to buy a property, you may request to keep a certain amount in your OA for this purpose. Otherwise, you may transfer from your RA to OA anytime you wished to as long as you maintain BRS in your RA.
5) However, note that any request to transfer is subject to approval. This is the difference between the bank and the CPF board.
6) It is strongly recommended to write down all questions you have in mind and bring them down with you for the appointment.
7) Pledging of a property will only happen when you reach 65 yrs old.
