We have to subscribe to tools in order to find out the dimensions of the land plot. For GFA, if the building you are looking at is very old, then perhaps you may need to engage the professional services of a surveyor to establish the GFA. For newer structures, you may see if you are able to purchase the building plans from BCA and you can actually consult an architect to establish the GFA.

URA Master Plan/DP: Provides general plot size limitations for areas.

Property Listing Websites: Might have land area or built-up area estimates (not always accurate).

OWNER / OWNER Real Estate Agent: Can provide floor plans or property details with dimensions/GFA

Property Surveyor: Conducts a detailed site survey for the most accurate measurements (chargeable service).
