Interesting question that you had posted. Pardon me if I got it wrong - when you said "sales proceeds from condo", are you referring to profit from a sales? If yes, you are subject to SSD only if the property is bought just recently (affected by the cooling measures introduced).

Since you are engaging a salesperson to sell your unit, how much are you paying him/her in terms of commission? The engaged salesperson should be able to compute this roughly "sales proceed amount" for you. Afterall, it is subject to if you are able to sell the property at the prices that you wanted

Otherwise, you might be totally confused about what is going on. I strongly suggest you engaged a salesperson and go through with you. You might want to engage an exclusive salesperson since you may need special attention.
