Hi,

These are the jumbo units, its usually a combination of 4rm and adjacent 3rm. 4rm + 4rm combination I don't think you can find them. You tend to find such jumbo units in outskirts area namely woodlands yishun and tampines.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

I think it will not be easy to find 2 such units to purchase. You need to find 2 neighbours selling their flats at the same time. And your offer must also be accepted by these 2 neighbours.

I do have a client whose parents bought a unit first, then wait for a few years for the neighbour to sell, and she buy the neighbour's unit.
