Unfortunately, in Singapore, you cannot directly purchase an HDB flat and place the ownership under your children's names if you are remarried. HDB eligibility for flat purchases considers the family nucleus, which typically includes the spouse and unmarried children. Since you've remarried, your children from a previous marriage wouldn't be part of the eligible family nucleus for your HDB purchase.

Here are some alternative options to consider depending on your goals:

Purchase under Your Name:

You can still purchase an HDB flat under your own name. However, upon reaching the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of 5 years, you'll need to include your spouse in the ownership.
Consider a Joint Purchase with Your Spouse:

If your spouse is agreeable, you can explore a joint purchase of the HDB flat. This would make both you and your spouse co-owners.
Let Your Children Buy When They Reach Eligibility:

Your children can purchase their own HDB flat once they meet the eligibility criteria. This typically requires them to be at least 35 years old and form a nucleus family (married couple, or parent-child) with a Singapore Citizen (SC) spouse or parent.
