You can get a loan if you are buying a 2-room Flexi flat on 99 year-lease from HDB.
But do note that housing loan is not available for the purchase of 2-room Flexi flats on short lease or Community Care Apartments. You must pay for such a flat purchase using cash and/ or CPF Ordinary Account savings.

1) When buying a 2-room Flexi, a 99 years leasehold HDB flat, you can apply for HDB or a bank loan.
2) This has no different from buying a bigger flat.
3) If you are referring to buying a 2-room Flexi with a flexi leasehold (such as 45 years leasehold or lower), then, you will have to check with the HDB.
4) The HDB will deal with it on a case-by-case basis.
5) In a normal case, a 2-room Flexi with a flexi leasehold has to pay in full at the point of purchase.
6) You have to be at 55 yrs and elder to be eligible to buy a 2-room Flexi with a flexi leasehold.
