How can I check if I can sell my hdb , can any agents tell me the steps ?

You can log into your hdb account to check if you have met the 5 year MOP. If you already met, then you can register your intent to sell.

Dear Sir/Mdm,
First of all, the Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) is 5 years. So you will need to fulfil this MOP before you can sell off your HDB. We can check this eligibility when we register our Intent to Sell.
If you are considering to do it yourself, I would really recommend that you speak to a realtor before fully deciding. Ultimately transacting a HDB flat is really not as easy as it seems even though the physical processes seems not difficult nowadays. There are many factors to consider such as buyers' eligibility, negotiations, timeline planning, financial planning and much more. I am not trying to make it sound complicated but over my 10 years in this industry, I can really say that some cases are really out of the ordinary and can end up to be pretty disastrous if not handled properly. I have had my fair share of complicated issues and seen many tough cases.
Maybe we can meet up for a chat about this and I can share some of the cases that I have went through before with you. I can also answer whatever questions that you may have. Most importantly a financial calculation should also be done so that you can have a good idea of how to proceed forward.
