For singles to qualify for HDB resale, you need to be minimum 35 years old and holds singapore citizenship.

There is no minimum CPF required but for the amount that cannot be paid using loan, have to be paid in Cash if you do not have enough CPF.

Cash and cpf requirement is depending on how much bank loan you are eligible to. For HDB loan you should check out "HLE application" on HDB. HDB loan can cover up to 85% of the flat price.

An extra thing to take note which is not in your question, how much CPF usage you qualify to use is also based your age in comparison to the lease left on the HDB unit. Read More

H Murni,

You have to be at least 35-years-old to buy a resale HDB flat under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme.

The deposit required is $5,000.

If you are taking an HDB loan, you must prepare 15 per cent downpayment in cash and/or CPF.

If you are taking a bank loan, you must prepare 5 per cent cash (less the $5,000 deposit already paid) and 20 per cent in cash and/or CPF.

If there is a cash-over-valuation, the component must also be paid for in cash.

Depending on your average gross monthly household income, you can get up to $80,000 in CPF Housing Grants comprising the Singles Grant, EHG (Singles) and Proximity Housing Grant. This will help reduce your downpayment.

Sincerely,
