How big is the impact if involve the ABSD for SPR to buy their first house? Can anyone raise an example and explain more? For instance, if a house was evaluated as 500K, how much stamp duty need to pay before/after involving the ABSD?

Evening,

For SPR and SPR couples, they are required to pay 5% ABSD, on top of standard stamp duty. Hence this are the figures you will be paying:

ABSD: $25k
BSD: $9.6k

I believe the figures are clear enough.
