The sellers do not need to log into the portal periodically to check if the documents are available. The Town Council payment letter and BCA windows retrofitting form are posted on the HDB Resale Portal when the resale application and completion is approved and scheduled respectively.
When the resale application is approved, sellers are notified via email and SMS to log into the HDB Resale Portal to download the approval letter. We will inform them of the tasks to follow-up and documents to bring on completion, including the Notification to Town Council on payment of service and conservancy charges (S&CC) and BCA windows retrofitting form.
