Hle approved $336500 for any flat types and it indicate in bold not allowed for purchasing DBSS flat. Does that mean for resale DBSS or brand new DBSS? I'm actually interested to buy a resale 5 rm DBSS after selling off my 5 rm unit in Woodlands. Hope anyone can advise me on this matter. Thanks.

Hi Hairudin,

The words in BOLD means brand new DBSS. For your case you are able to do a contra since you are eligible for a second HDB loan.

Allow me to plan and run through a financial plan with you before you go ahead with the sale.
