Hi,we are married singaporeans,our total income is 4.5k,we have 100k cpf and 80k cash in hand, we intend to buy a new 3 bedroom ec unit direct from developer preferably in punggol, our budget is 700k.is it possible?

Hi, would you be interested in 3 Bedroom unit at Lush Acres near to Layar LRT? The prices starts from $712,XXX upwards for a 3BR unit.

To be clear on your finances, I suggest you speak with a banker to be sure of how much you are able to loan with regards to the latest MAS rulings.
