Hi,we are married sc.
Is it possible to apply for home loan from many banks at once and choose the best offer?
Can we do pre approval home loan from banks for assurance before we sell our 5room flat?
We own a car and afraid that bank will look into it and we will not be able to get the best max loan from banks.

Morning,

It's possible to get IPA from multiple banks but you can only get the Letter of Offer from one bank. During the preparation of IPA, you can enquire about their rates and available packages. This will allow you to make comparison way before committing. Having an auto loan will definitely set you back by abit but if you are prompt on payment and holding good credit records, it should not pose as an issue.
