Hi KH,

Latest transaction indicated from HDB in BLK 208 low floor unit is $395k inclusive of COV for a 88sqm (June 2011)

In Jan 2011, a 73sqm mid floor unit in BLK 208 transacted at $333k inclusive COV.

I would estimate that you should be able to look at $340k selling price inclusive of COV at least, though very much depends on the condition and level of your unit.

Morning,

This would depends on the size of the unit that you are looking at, be it 68 or 88sqm. The esitmated valuation for the bigger sized unit is around $350k to $365k, with COV asking of $40k to $60k.
