Hi..one of my fren married and husband is serving his sentence..they sold their house hence unable to get HDB rental house for her n her childrens..she planning to buy a hdb resale and has a budget of about 300k n she is full time employed for the past 5yrs..she needs to buy with her husband as he has cpf..can this happen?can they get POA to buy?
