Hi..my parents are occupiers in my flat and they now wish to buy a resale flat. Must I remove their names from my list of occupiers and if so, what will happen to the grant that I received earlier on? Thank you.

That will depend on whether your parents are essential occupiers or not. If their names are needed for you to hold onto the flat, you will be required to sell off your flat.
