Your MOP is a good 11 months from now therefore it is premature to start looking now. It will be good to monitor the market trend as well as sentiments and make adjustments, but as I usually share with my clients, if your expectations are reasonable and there is no severe negative factors for your place, the deal can be sealed in just a month or two. My team has recently sold a HDB in Holland Drive in only 1 viewing and got above what the sellers had expected, even in today's market.

The market condition is usually fair, when you sell low, you are likely to buy low unless there is a change of policy in between your sales and purchase decision.
