Hi,my father intend to sell his 3room flat in Clementi West.Can you estimate how much is the sales profit?Next, upon getting the profit, we intend to purchase a 4 room flat in Woodlands Area.Can i know how the estimated value + COV?This new flat will not be under my father's name.Instead the applicant is under me & my husband.

Morning,

The current estimated valuation for unit in your area ranges from $290k to $345k, depending on your unit's size, level, condition and area.
The average COV asking is around $28k to $40k.

The current valuation price of 4 room flat in Woodlands range from $320k to $400k, depending on size, location, age and ammenities. Their COV asking is around $35k to $70k.
