As I am currently serving a few SPR buyers, I will normally advise and recommend them to speak to my banker so they can find out how much loan can they obtain.

Can I ask my banker to contact one of you?

Btw your finances on hand are quite substantial. But to purchase a 4RM flat with a budget of $350 might be abit challenging which you cant be choosy on location, house condition, floor level, facing etc. If you are okay with most, I think we can give it a try.

Based on the information given, it is highly possible.

May I suggest that you approach a banker to understand how much you able to get. You probably need approximately $150,000 loan max. If the bank can loan you this amount, you can proceed to buy the HDB.
