Hi,like to know about HDB grant.
Bought my first home direct from HDB
without any grant. Now thinking of
upgrading to EC. Will I be entitled
to a grant since I did not utilise
it previously?

Hi Andrew,

Your first home bought direct from HDB, is equivalent of taking the first timer grant.

Morning Andrew,

Buying new unit from HDB is equal to taking a grant for resale unit.
Hence, if you were to purchase another unit, you will not be eligible for grant. However, you can still opt for another HDB loan, if you fulfill the requirement.

Hi Andrew,
Direct house from HDB= Subsidsed house from HDB.
You can get a new EC from hdb but no grant will be eligible.
