Hi,I'm serious buyer want to buy an EC or condo, I've set aside 5% in cash for the deposit but was not informed that I have to pay stamp duty in cash first then reimburse,I did not have cash set aside for stamp duty but however I have more than enough to cover my stamp duty with my CPF after I did my IPA.Heard that there are some law firms who's able to help use the cpf for stamp duty don't have to use cash at first.Any agents care to assist and share your experiences?

Hi,

May we discuss more over email, your concern shouldn't be a problem if the timelines are managed carefully and if we work closely with my legal partners, but I would need some details. Thanks and hope to have the opportunity to work with you.

Warm regards,
