Hi,i'm here to search for a 3-rm hdb flat for my family.I am the daughter of the buyer.
We are looking at the east side & perhaps the west side.My family's budget is $175000-$180000 and we can only afford to give at least $5k in COV,this is bcos we wld have to allocate a sum for stamp duty etc.thus,that's the only offer we can give to the sellers.Any help you guys can offer?advices?or promotions?
