Hi,I'm a SPR turned to be citizen of singapore. I already own a hdb resale flat. Will i be eligible to buy a new flat from HDB with the CPF grant?

Evening,

Yes, I would presume your current unit is purchased with your spouse. Now that either one of you have converted, you will be eligible to apply for new HDB unit. THe grant will be pro-rated, if only one of you are SC.
