Hi,Im a Singapore Citizen below 35 yrs old, can I buy resale HDB flat with my mum who is a dependant pass holder? I have around 90k in CPF and 55k cash, what is the maximum property price that I can afford?

You can purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen family scheme. You will be the sole owner and your mum must be the essential occupier. As to the sizing of unit that you might be eligible for, it will be dependent on your income status and credit standing.
