Hi,I'm a PR here. Would like to know will it be difficult for me to get bank loan ( if i will hv to take 80% loan ) As i dun hv cpf in my income. I'm working freelance and currently my income is 3000 per mth. Pls advice me.

That would depend on how much cash you have in hand and what type & size of property you are eyeing on.
