Hi,if I didnt get the housing grant when my first time buying the resales flat. Can I know whether I still able to get the housing grant when I sell off my flat and buy the second flat after 5 yrs.

Evening,

If you have purchased resale unit, without any housing grant, you are eligible for the grant if you do not exceed the income ceiling.
